going the extra mile to please customers

I ordered some injectors from Brendan for my car via [URL Removed] The normal automated responses kept me in the loop but rep**** on further questions in an expected time.<br> What really impressed me was how he dealt with my query when I thought the product ordered was incorrect. He took the time to go to the mechanic that was installing the part to see for himself if there are any issues.<br> He also then contacted me and explained all the details and his recommendations. <br> All of this AFTER the sale was concluded. Other suppliers would not have bothered or would raise a clause stating that the order is final and it's the customers responsibility - not Brendan. He knows his product and industry very well and I will happily do business with him again.
