Deviare hogging stipends

These people give us an opportunity to learn and make us sign contracts that we will receive stipends so we can be able to attend and complete classes online. Only to find out that they hog the money, half of us don't get anything. When you send an email they return an automatic message saying your banking details are incorrect. I would never recommend anybody to learn through them. It's an initiative to help the youth learn skills needed, yet they also need the skills to not be greedy.
