Complaint

Poor workmanship & customer care: Delivery dates and times were not adhered to. Broken tiles were installed. Several requested to have broken tiles replaced. Three Tiles were blown off during the first strong winter wind in June. Shane said he would come replace the tiles which he has not. Broken tiles were not replaced as during the winter rains, it dripped into the house in several places.
