Bad customer service

Unacceptable service no customer service at all . I purchased a office equipment from them a month ago it was an online transaction I paid full amount on delivery but not wrong pieces were delivered I was assured it would be sorted in a few day but every day I tried getting feedback I was told driver was on the way now a month later I'm following up I'm told the company cutting is closed down and it will be sorted I'm extremely disappointed I put my faith in them and I expected better service than this. I need my stuff to be delivered as soon as possible
