Metal on soap

I bought a bar of Dettol Siap a few months back and when i started using it, all was well and good up until one morning when I was taking a bath.

The soap kept giving me a scratches on my fingers while I was applying it on my towel. I later discovered that there was a piece if metal on it and it was quite sharp.

I reported the matter on 11 Aug 2017 on the companys facebook page and they organised for the product to be fetched to test it. That was done and a lady did revert back to me and did confirm that the product was tested and it was metal indeed and she does not know how it happened because as per their quality checks the product goes through alot of quality checks before being dispatched to shops. Nonetheless till this say I am being sent from pillar to post about this and being told they still investigating.

2 months down the line no response about how they willing to resolve this because I bought this with my money and hoping it was value for my money. I have lost all my dignity for this company.

I have reported this on Facebook and Twitter but no clear respomse has been given.
