Shocking kitchen fitment, does not deliver goods

We have just built a house in Serengeti Golf Estate and used this company as there are a limited list of suppliers. His work is absolutely shoddy, half hearted and he was late on everything. We moved in and had a kitchen that was not fully functioning. He charged us R26,000 for a study and then put about R5,000 worth in the study. I am supposed to be using it a school room for my children, I homeschool and I have no desks for then to sit at, just shelves. We have been calling him for two months to come and finish, he will come and do tiny touch ups and then leave and we cannot get hold of him again. He doesn't take calls, he lies constantly and when the work is done, its awful, there are chips in everything, cupboard doors are not sprayed properly and then after he is more than two months late and hasn't even finished, gets his wife to call for the rest of the money, which is only 10%. Do not use this man, spread the word, he is a nightmare.
