Potentially a ***** - up front payment no delivery

<p>This was a small pub/cupboard manufacture project (R55k). We paid 50% deposit up frant then thay advised the job was ready for installation and requested 90% payment. Our architect checked. The cupboards carcasses were there and the doors etc wer shown covered in bubble wrap. He advised granite order had been placed. When we asked for delivery 2 weeks later, there were NO doors and no granite. He had shown us some other persons doors! He delayed our project by a month and we eventually had to kick him off site as he clearly was not going to deliver and we now have to get some other kitchen company to complete the project.</p>
