Talk about making a "profit" - More like a *******!!!

14/08/2018, bought an Engine from detroit auto spares for R45000. Dealt with a guy called "Kevin". After getting the invoice and engine checked out as to what i needed, i proceeded to Pay for the engine. 15th/08/2018, "Rommy" called time freight couriers to cancel the collection from their address. 16th/08/2018 im told by time freight that the original collection note was cancelled completely and a new collection Address was listed. Collection was to take place at another place called MYM Auto.. Kevin told me that he dropped the engine by them so they can drain the oil and its closer to Time freight depot so collection can take place. I believed him. Saturday i visited cape town depot to collect the engine, It was not there... So i logged a complaint against time freight. They called me back and told me they sent the engine back to MYM auto on friday, 17th/08/2018 cause it was leaking oil and even sent me an image, To my horror, IT WAS THE WRONG ENGINE!!. so i called MYM auto and they told me no M3 engine was dropped off there, the owner, Jermaine Herman, walked into MYM auto and bought this 323i engine for R14 000. They specifically asked for this engine. Detroit auto spares made R31 000 profit on me. When i contacted Kevin to give me a refund, He told me Engine was correctly supp**** and that im trying to de***** and it ended in threats against myself and family from this man. 22nd/08/2018, i called into their land line ,after posting Complaints all over about Detroit Auto Spares, and Jermaine answers. i explain to him what happened and he was shocked... He asked for 2 days to sort me out. Sent him all the proof from my emails and chats with kevin. he said to give him 2 days to sort me out but told me to remove all the bad reviews from hello peter/Gumtree etc which i did. friday 24th/08/2018, he said he dont have money. So i gave him till Monday 27th/08/2018. and he still said no money. I have now logged this with MIOSA and opened a police Case against "Kevin" from detroit auto spares for the threats... Should this fail to get my money back, I have my lawyer on standby to handle this... Please be aware of companies like this. DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR STUFF YOU NEVER Seen. And rather pay the xtra that a reputable company is asking where you know you getting what you pay for... These guys are no good.
