So so disappointed

I called Standard Bank.Detcon is one of their service providers.I understand my home assistance cover as I am in the same field I wasn't home and they over charged my wife for parts and call out fee.I called the technician to enquire...he was so rude to me and told me to phone his "boss"..he dropped the call in my ear.So so disappointed and the will give Standard Bank a very bad reputation as a Service Provider. Gonna change my insurance.
