Unauthorised access to my credit bereau

I received a call from one of the Agents saying they received an enquiry that I don't pay my loan. It was a lady who was on the line with me,she said let me transfer to someone who will check. Then a guy came through saying that they want to offer me less interest rate of 10%Asked him that ii need to talk to my Husband. He was pestering me to take the offer. I told him I'm now unemployment he said it's Debt Review I was like what why would I allow myself to be under that foolishness,I dropped the call next my Husband receives an SMS saying that I gave them consent to request for my credit check. Reason: Affordability Assessment. This is on the SMS I hate them they're liers how dare they lady lie to me. I don't want anyone to do credit check.
