Provident fund horror

Pathetic service I resigned on the 20th July and my documents were sent same day and the Destiny Umbrella fund said my provident funds will WILL take up to 21 days now its close 24 days when i call *** they say different story's one consultant said funds will be released before end of this week then the other one said it needs to be taxes first , what Ill say I'm an unemployed i need my money ASAP My number is ***
