Poor Service and No Response Regarding SARS Directive Issue

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from GIB Destiny Fund regarding a SARS tax directive matter.GIB Destiny Fund issued a directive to SARS, but when I attempted to proceed with my tax filing, SARS informed me that the directive is either incorrect or cannot be located on their system. As a result, I am unable to finalize my tax affairs.I have sent numerous emails to GIB Destiny Fund requesting assistance and clarification, but my emails have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and support has left me frustrated and unable to resolve an issue that is preventing me from complying with my SARS obligations.I am requesting that GIB Destiny Fund urgently investigate this matter, provide feedback on the status of the directive, and work directly with SARS if necessary to correct the issue.Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up without receiving any response, especially when dealing with important tax matters that can have financial consequences.I would appreciate urgent intervention and a clear resolution to this matter.
