MySubs Sucks!!!!!!

I ordered two subscriptions from them starting October 2014. For True Love I keep getting the same magazines eg I have two December Issues and two January issues. To date I have no it received one Destiny magazine, as someone named Lee-Ann is asking me if I have the subscription with them. Seriously what a weird question, who manages to see one magazine and not the other on their system. What horrible service and to date no one has called me all I get are a string of emails asking me ridiculous questions. Mysubs just sucks!!!
