Unsolicited calls on my private cell number from Destinations Unlimited.

So, once again I have a call from an unknown number. I haven't answered it for the last few weeks because I know it is the ********s. It asks me if I live near a certain suburb and I respond yes. It says to me congratulations you have won 2 free accommodation vouchers or something. I very politely say no thanks I am not interested, goodbye and end the call. It phones me back - says 'you don't have to be so rude' in an accent that tells me exactly where it comes from. ????and promptly puts the phone down on me. I beg your pardon, you phone me on my private phone number, and I give you the same response that I give any telemarketer and then you tell me I am rude ????????????
