Deceptive marketing and poor business practice: JEEP JS007C 82CM ROLLER DUFFEL - NS
What started out as a pleasant experience change when I realized that what was advertised on the website and what I received were not the same. I ordered two JEEP JS007C 82CM ROLLER DUFFEL - NS on special. On the tag I saw it is only 96 l and 2-year warranty not 116 l and 3-year warranty. I see they changed the warranty on the website now to 2 years but the 116l (116L indicated online refers to the overall external capacity of the bag, while the 96L shown on the tag reflects the actual usable internal packing space) are still the same without specifying luckily, I have proof of everything. You buy a bag because of the space you need for packing. It is 40 l less than what was advertised. They are willing to honor the 3-year warranty (but I need to keep all the proof) or refund me. That does not solve the false advertising issue, I am posting this to warn potential buyers to look at all the reviews where people posted similar issues. Seems that this is the way they do business. Unfairly overcharge
I bought vanity bag order no. *** on the 22 December 2025 for R799 but it didn't include delivery fee I had to pay extra R120 for delivery by which your website page stated that free delivery for orders above R599?

I bought an item online. A cheaper item was delivered. I requested that it be replaced with the item that I paid for. Despite numerous promises to resolve the problem, they stopped communicating and havent swopped the item.
