Destination Holidays...disgusting customer service.

Made a booking through Ragini. I was told that the unit in question had 2x single sleeper couches and a queen bed.

This unit was meant to be suitable for 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12.

The accommodation was for the Margate Beach Club. The resort itself is new and well taken care of. The place was not the issue. The issue was with the information that was provided about the accommodation.

The sleeper couches were not at all that. It was one corner couch that was not conducive for 2 sleepers.

I requested a refund and was told that she did me a favor and found someone else to take the unit as refunds were not negotiable, I paid R3900 and only got back R3000.

This is the second time I used her services and it was the second time that we were mislead when making a booking.
