did not even had the chance to stay Booked 11 July (with Charl) and after receive the quote for the secondary room and not the main cottage. I phone 5 times requesting the main quote and speaking to two different ladies who wil every time tell me they sort it when they in the office and email me. This morning after speaking to "Sam I Think" yesterday and a KIm this morning Charl phoned me back and indicate that he has no bookings for us - and the rooms and cottage were taken -. Not even apologetic but make me to be the **** - Telling me why did I not pay the deposit - I ask him to please forward me the email for the cottage were the booking was made as I still don't even have an amount.
