Bad after sales service.

Really disappointing service. My mum bought a dress which needed shortening. It had a curved hem which was tricky so we took it into Desray in Wynberg to do the alterations. They made a point of charging us extra as it was a more complex alteration. Then they didn’t bother to contact my mum, eventually we chase it and the workmanship was terrible. You would think that as they made the dress, they would know how to alter it. We returned the dress and complained, they said they would send it back. It’s now 2 weeks later and NOTHING. No communication. We will yet again have to chase them. Really poor. Much better after sales service at other shops.
