<p> I had him quote on a job to comestically renovate an apartment that should've only taken 3 weeks, and he came in at a comparable price and he seemed keen for the work. He started strong having the tiling to the apartment done pretty well in the first week and all he needed to do was the smaller things and have the cupboards put in. This never happened. He kept asking for more money to fit the cupboard bill and when I phoned the cupboard manufacturers the order was with them, but he hadn't paid. It's been 2 months since I've asked him to start and he doesn't answer his calls. Just like the previous reviews, he has a lot of excusses and keeps needing money. Very smooth talker, beware.</p>
