Desmond Parks - not to be trusted

Desmond Parks Building Renovations quoted for and was abraded a renovation contract at my flat. He was going to renovate a bathroom and a toilet. When he was about halfway with the work, he told me he desperately needed money for his sisters church trip and asked if I would pay him the rest of his money even though he was only halfway. He seemed so genuine with the work up to that point that I obliged and paid him almost all of the money. <br> <br> He went on for a few days but then did not return to finish the work and told me that he ran out of money (even petrol money) and could not complete the job. He said that he would pay me back when he got his next job. That was almost 6 months ago.<br> <br> He owes me at least R15000 for work I already paid him for but then had to pay someone else to complete. and I want what promised to pay me.<br> <br> He also works under an alias or partners name - Delma
