Poor service, breach of contract, and general dishonesty

Stay clear of Desiree Wiid Properties in Bluewater Bay, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. I have been using her services for rentals and the sale of one of my properties and have had nothing but headaches. I've had 3 tenants in my house and two did not fulfill their lease obligations and damaged the property. Desiree did next to nothing to try to collect outstanding balances, did not do pre and post occupancy check lists for any of them, and left the place filthy for the 3rd one. She also did not to pre-rental credit checks or we would have been able to avoid the two bad tenants. In my view, she is utterly useless- happy to collect her cut of the rent, but when problems arise that are her fault, she runs the other way. She also cannot seem to tell the truth about her interactions with tenants, so in all respects, this woman cannot be re**** on.
