Desire Piece mistreatment

Desire Piece is a clothing brand, which I purchased two Piece from them on the 15th December 2022 and I told the owner as to when I wanted the merchandise and that was the 30th of December but he failed to deliver on time only got the merchandise on the 04 January 2023 and I the clothes were small so I had called the owner for refund or return the merchandise but he said! I quote "once the merchandise leave my hands I have no control what happens after" in the manner he never answered nor reply my text and calls. Be careful of buying from this guy
