Bad customer service

I bought a dress on the 14th November 2023 at Menlyn Branch, which was closing down on the same day, however my size was unavailable at the time and the owner told me that it’s because they have packed it away and they will call me to collect the dress in their Sandton Branch.

As a result no one has called me this far, however I’ve called the store several time and they promised to get back to me and they never did. Saturday 8th December I went to the store they refused to assist me and told me the owner was not available. In that case I requested a refund, they promised to refund same day but till to date they have not refunded me.

The store has misled me to pay for an item that was clearly unavailable and now I’m been tortured and interrogated by the sales team named Shirley and Ashley. It seems to me that they are unwilling to refund let alone give me the dress I bought or even make amends to the situation. This has left me frustrated and disappointed.
