Worst service I’ve ever received

I have never received such bad service before. I ordered a pair of customised Nike sneakers in June of 2021… it is now almost December of 2021. I was told that I would receive my shoes within 2 weeks of ordering them. Every time I queried when I would receive my shoes, there was one excuse after the other. I was then promised to have pictures of my shoes sent to me to prove they have been made… again, I would ask constantly and would never receive photos. I was then also told that she couldn’t afford the delivery fees, however I paid for my own delivery which was added to the price of my shoes when I paid for them - where did that money go ? Do not purchase anything from this individual/social media account. I have also been in contact with customers that are experiencing the same issues. Please do not support this business.
