Worst customer service ever DSO

Worst experience, won't change shoe for a different size because of no cash slip, but acknowledge the shoe was bought in the store. Management says it will take too long to sort out so I won't be able to change for next size up, although pleading that I will be returning to jhb on Sunday morning. Worst customer service ever.
