DSO Westwood Mall, WORST STORE experience!!!

I would give them a big fat ZERO!!!! WORST SERVICE AND BIG *******!. I bought a pair of expensive shoes from the Westwood mall branch, used it once and the stitches were already coming undone, I took it back to the store and they refused to take it back. I then contacted head office , and they instructed this store to send it to them for investigation, eventually I was granted a credit and when I went back to the store to get another pair, The manager actually tried to sell the same shoe to me that I had returned!!! I could see under the sole that the shoe was used and it had creases on it! I keep having to go back to the store whenever I'm at westwood mall because they refuse to give my money back even though I had the receipt and it was within 30 days, now when all the staff see me, they avoid me, especially the manager who is very creepy. I still have this stupid credit, gosh I just want my money back and to not have to go to that store ever again!
