Bad experience at DSO

I am really not happy about the service I got from DSO, bought a shoe, wore it once and it made a noise when I’m walking then when I returned they said they need to test it and when they do they say they can’t hear any noise but mna as a customer I had it. Now they say there is nothing they can do unless I can record the noise for them, how practical is that?????
