<p>designer rental seem to be in charge of renting various complexes under the renprop group in the Johannesburg area. They are absolutely useless. The complex was broken into numerous times and lights smashed etc. despite many requests this was never addressed. We were forced to pay for an invisible security guard and never received any repsonse on safety concerns or maintenance concerns. They then further deducted more than half of our deposit upon moving out for "dirty" walls and repainted the whole unit without giving us an opportunity to rectify this. Or apparently painted. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting service. Will never again rent from them and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear. You can be a perfect tenant but your safety will be compromised and you will be left without a deposit. Shameless ****** Bronwyn Coetzee, Snowean Erasmus and the designer rental group.
