<p>Absolutely disgusting service from this hair dresser .</p> <p>Paid an absolute fortune to have my hair completely destroyed and then to be told that "its not their fault".</p> <p>no responsibility taken, I was not expecting my money back but after spending so much money on my hair and then having to cut it all off after years of growing and maintaning it was completely disheartening, and then to have the nerve to have an attitude with me stating that they cannot be held responsible even though I was following the advice of the person doing my hair.</p> <p>DISGRACEFUL.</p>
