Disgusting customer service @Designer Hair Salon

I recently did my nails at the Designer Hair salon in the Phoenix Plaza. I was completely disgusted by the outcome and also by the customer service. I did my nails on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday night it was already peeling all around. I went back there on the Monday and I was told that I will need to repay to them as they were quite confident that it was my fault for the nails not being done well enough...even though it was just gel nails, so I refused to pay again and said just take them off, which I had to pay for as well. After a while the manager said that I could just pay the same amount and come back on Thursday or Friday and they will redo them. I left work early on Friday and went to the salon, the other manager refused to do them saying I would need to repay and that the guy I spoke to probably didn't understand. I have referred my mum, 2 sister in law's and a friend to this salon because I was so happy with the way my eyebrows were done. I was so disgusting with the was I was treated just for these nails after being a loyal customer for 2 years. I paid around R300 and there was absolutely nothing to show for it. I literally had nails for 1 day. I stopped at another salon on my way out who said that the reason all my nails chipped was because they were not dryed properly. Im still so shocked with this outcome. I will never go back there and neither will my family or friend after I told them what happened. I paid for quality and yet got trash.
