Designer Concrete Flooring Ruins Your Property and Keeps Your Money!

Paul is the owner of the business operating from website www.concrete-flooring.co.za. He took a 75% deposit, purchased the material from the supplier, watered it down when applying it (according to the supplier), didn't seem to know how to apply smooth cement properly, didn't understand the basic rules on how to work with cement (wets it when the cement is required to dry before applying product) then blamed the supplier for the colour not taking. We contacted the supplier, who said that they have many comebacks on his work because he doesn't use their product correctly. The supplier pointed out the extreme poor workmanship as well as his cutting of corners (in what we assume is a way to make more profit by cutting costs). Paul blamed us as customers because he claimed that we were unsure (in the beginning) of what colour we wanted. He refused to acknowledge that we asked for brown and he gave us grey with lumps, bumps, ridges, cemented grass, drips down steps, broken bricks and cement splashes on taps, walls, poles, hosepipe and outdoor furniture. He will show you all of the beautiful work that he alleged he installed but be aware that the website was created by the previous business owner and in our opinion is likely to be that man's workmanship. He will take your money, ruin your property, blame you for it and refuse to reimburse you.
