I found the company on Facebook and they make flowers. A guy by the name of Jaco Scheepers engaged and sent a quote for number of flowers. We didn’t take the order but then I placed an order for two oversized flowers. I called the night before to collect in the morning he advised to come after 9 in the morning he then suggested to deliver at fee we agreed but he never delivered. I asked for flowers No answer, I asked for pictures still nothing. We exchanged ungodly words and I asked for refund he promised 50% and never did.
