Disgusting Service, attitude, and product

I contracted Designed Aluminium to supply and install aluminium windows. I was verbally told they would be available by the Friday of that week. Wednesday the following week they finally agree to deliver. I get a message he is in a meeting and will phone me later. No phone call. The next day I send a message to say I am not happy with the bad service as they are still not at my house. He phones me angry that I am complaining but says they are on there way. They knock the existing windows out without putting a canvas down and glass is all over the place. I happened to have other contractors at the house doing other work who all recommend I speak to him as this was not a good job. I sent him a message requesting that he meet me the next morning. He phones me telling me he does not work for me and starts swearing at me. He then sends me messages that they will not finish the work and I have to pay the rest of the fee minus a very nominal amount for labour and they will deliver the windows and I can install them myself. When the windows are dropped off a lot of the parts that should have been delivered are missing. Never ever ever use this company!!! He is a bully and low down *****.
