Designcolab - Bad Service

I have been communicating with Vega from Designcolab about interior design services for my AirBnB unit in Cape Town. They quoted me and I paid the deposit it was mentioned that the delivery in 6 weeks then changed to 8 weeks delivery which I wasn't happy with. I then enquired about their refund policy and she promised that the unit will be fully furnished on 30 November. On 2nd December I fly to Cpt expecting a fully furnished apartment and she calls to say there's been a delay with some of the furniture. I then get to the apartment to get some of the furniture delivered and not installed/mounted just lying on the floor. Been trying to connect with Vega but she's no longer taking my calls, been sending messages to which she is not responding. I understand that some furniture is delayed with the delivery but the least they could do is install/mount the delivered furniture. I paid these people with no hustle but I'm struggling to get the service I paid for. I wish I could have gone with a different company, I wouldn't recommend Design Lab to anyone, I have had horrible service with them
