Horrific service at Design school SA Jan smuts

Absolutely ********** service from the administration team. I completed a course there 2 years ago and have yet to receive my certificate. Regardless of the countless calls to them they apologize and promise to get back to you but never do. Yet they required a copy of an ID document and hounded me constantly for it. The lecturer we had was brilliant but not worth the inconvenience. Will not get over the ****py service. Highly advise against attending.
