Design Plus Sandton

<p>The branch is closing down after it seems like one of year of operations. It does not surprise me as I have 2 horrible experiences with the branch manager Justin. Not only is he arrogant, but also misleading, non commital, non responsive. We visited the store on Friday last week. We choose a chair that we wanted and were happy to take what was on the floor, as the stire was closing down. Justin insisted on getting 1 for us from the warehouse. He said they have stock and he will get it for us by Monday, failing which he will give us the one on the floor. On Saturday we got a call from the assistant to say the warehouse does not have stock. So we pitch up today to take the on the floor - only to be informed that they were all soldm and now conveniently had sold stickers on the chairs. So he failed to honour his word and passes balme to others. Its people like this that failed the business and caused the store to head to closure. I will never walk into another Design Plus store ever ever ever again!!!!</p>
