Promise to pay my son's money back and then refuse

On 29 January 2016, my son went into isolation for chemotherapy and asked me to buy the couch he likes for home coming after harsh chemo. I paid R10000 to Design Kraft. I was told that I will receive a phone call when the couch is ready. We agreed that the couch will be delivered on 1 March 2016. I was promised that it will be delivered on that day. The terms and conditions of sale is that couches take 2-3 weeks to complete. They had 4 weeks. I received a call from Design kraft on about 23 February 2016. I could not hear what the woman said and I called back. She said the couch was ready for delivery and I have to pay the balance. On 25 February 2016 I went to the shop and paid R7349. All of a sudden she did not calculate the delivery costs when she quoted me. On 28 February I went to the shop and asked to deliver the couch before 14h00 on 1 March 2016. The woman confirmed that the couch would be delivered before 14:00 on 1 March 2016. On 1 March 2016 I went to the shop at 11:00. The man was very rude and impatient with me and told me it will be delivered before 14:00. He will call the delivery person and call me back. It was lies. The couch was never ready. I want my money back.
