Full Payment No Service

Gaucon has paid Design Jet Technologies in full for the repair & servicing of our plotters & printers. To date they have only repaired a plotter & a A4 printer, we are still awaiting the repair & service of the A3 printer. all the mentioned items have been paid in full as per Kis****'s instruction or he wouldn't do the work. Now we struggle to get hold of him via electronic mail & telephonic to query why the work is not done for the A3 printer as of yet, if we could obtain a refund for work not done, when will the work be done.
