Poor workmanship, conning people out of money

We commissioned Neil to build a Treehouse. He assured us that it would be 100% waterproof. To date, we have paid him in full despite having waterproofing issues which he promised to fix under his \lifetime warranty". He has dropped off his guys to \""waterproof\"" but has yet to address the loose boards and flimsy building style with gaps in the walls"
