Theft, lies and ******ion

Have never received such poor service in my life. My bike was returned broken. I was then **** to about why I have now recieved my bike back in a much worse condition than when it arrived. The staff we argumentative (as they knew they were in the wrong). The staff do not process the correct people s**** to deal with any kind of conflict. I now have to incur extra expenses due to their gross and Blatend disregard for anyone other than themselves. Pathetic is how I would describe the business.
