Took 50% Deposit and Two Months to deliver NOTHING

We approached Bradley Johnston with a very concise and clear brief to design a product that we had been prototyping and testing for 3 years.<br> <br> After re-quoting us 3 times, we agreed on a price and we paid 50% for design to begin.<br> Every time we asked to see the progress of the design we were presented with something that was nothing like what we asked in the brief and to make things worse, he was delivering a product that was not functional either!<br> <br> After missing the Delivery Deadline by 25 Days, Bradley had the audacity to ask us to settle the bill and then asked us to pay a 62% increase on the original bill!<br> <br> We refused and terminated his services demanding that he would give us everything he had designed up till then.<br> <br> We then took Bradley's designs to a different company and after sitting with them for 9 hours, we realised that none of his designs were functional and they all had to be s****ped.<br> <br> This means that two months after we hired him, we had nothing to show for it and we now had to pay a new designer to start the project from scratch.<br> <br> We asked Bradley for a refund of the 50% deposit but he is ignoring us like he ignored the brief.<br> <br> He has NO IDEA how to treat his clients
