Poor quality furniture at Design Divani

I bought a leather couch at Design Divani from Dalene 3 years ago and paid quite a substantial amount for furniture. The seat of the leather couch is quite damaged and it looks like it is actually not leather. E-mails was send to Fadia Abrahams. Reference was made to the CEO mr. Duncker but their was no willingness to accept the inferiority of their product. The worst experience was when the owner Dalene infront of client and shop assistant was extremely rude with me and her words - \You and I know that the condition is a result of excessive use"What does she mean by that - I was living on my own!! Is a couch not made to sit on a daily basis. What was she insinuating?? I have spend more than R 80 000 in the shop and even paid a surchage on articles she bought at woolworths.
