promises not fulfilled

<p>I recently bought LM Grass from this company and agreed apon a price with instalation. I was promssied a very good after service by the owner of the bussiness Denis. He assured me that they will come back and apply fertiliser at a later stage. They then came back two weeks after instalation with no fertiliser just replacing a few dry patches on the grass and putting a roller over the grass to even it out (which they were supossed to do after instalation) Denis once again prommised me that they will be back the third week to apply the promissed fertiliser. I even phoned him a few days befor the time and a day before the time again to confirm the time. After them not showing up after these promissses I tried to phone him and my calls were ignored. Eventually he responded to an sms where I advised him that I am about to list him on Hello Peter. His reply (by sms) was that everything after the installation was just a favours. I feel that he has not fulfilled his promisses fully. I would would like to warn other consumers to be very carefull in paying him in full until all his promisses have been fullfiled. I find this very sad, because I have actually had quite a bit referals that would have gone his way, but I would think twice in recomending the as they certainly do not keep to their promisses and havent even bothered again to phone me to date. This is not how business should be conducted in my opinion.</p>
