Dennis, the director of the company, came to install lawn on our property with his team. We decided to trust him and left him with our gate remote as my husband and I were at work the whole day. After completing the job Dennis left with our remote as he assummed that we were not going to pay him for the work done. We did an EFT the same day he completed thr job and sent him the proof of payment but he refused to bring back our our remote. He has compromised our security and we do not feel safe knowing that he still has our remote. We went to report him to the police as he was not answering our calls anymore. I just need to make the public aware of what kind of a person Dennis is and how he operates. We made a mistake of trusting him now our security is compromised.
