Misleading and ***********

Provided inverter and battery backup system which provided less than 1/4 of the requested capacity. After replacing the batteries and still not meeting requirements I discovered through my own investigation that the solution design was flawed and would never provide what was requested. This supplier refused to refund the batteries which are still under warranty, and instead offered a significantly reduced buy back to upgrade, which I declined. I paid for a COC which was never provided after multiple reminders, and having had the installation checked discovered that it is not to spec. The supplier has since stopped responding to any and all communications.
