Unorganized Spa

They dont even deserve 1 star I made a booking well in advance as a birthday gift and when I showed up there my appointment wasnt even in the book. The story i got "we didn't have books and the appointment was written on a page which was not copied into the book". On top of this someone else was in my time slot and i would have to wait a hour before I can be helped. Birthday gift almost ruined due to their unprofessional service!
