Failed filter to borehole

These guys installed a sleeve in our borehole with 12mm stone on the outside of the sleeve to add a filter for the water before its pumped out. Now borehole is blocked and yield is non existent. Stuffed up the borehole. Said they have solution but wont come out to resolve. Stopped taking calls etc. Took the money but wont stand by product. Beware.
