POOR SERVICE EVER...

Hi All

My name is Mario eish I just came from Desert Palace in Upington. Tried having something to eat at their restaurant called Bella Roma. I have been sitting there for more then 32minutes no assistance nothing, not even asking me for menu, I had to stop one of the waiters and ask for menu... And still took them no interest on asking me nothing 40minutes after I got stressed before I'll use f**k up words. I was like ghost everybody of staff past me... I been f*king loosing 10 of thousands at that casino then u have to treat me like ****. I'll strongly recommend going to RED-OX. After that disappointed assistance staff at RED-OX handle me as a King. Ask me constantly Inregards if I want something to drink for waiting that's called SERVICE.
