Faulty car and still takes payment

My Girlfriend went for her driving test on the 12/1/2018 and failed due to the handbrake in the car being faulty. She had complained at home numerous times times that the hand brake would not hold on a hill and also complained to Michelle that it was faulty on all the dates prior to the test, which Michelle responded she would get her husband to fix it.

As a customer I would like to note if i am paying R460 for a lesson I expect the car to be roadworthy and expect the car to be serviced by a professional.

Secondly it is not acceptable that this problem has occurred twice (10 Sep 2015) and was not addressed when the first complaint was lodged.

Thirdly Michelle made no attempt to offer our money back due to her car that is faulty and failed to address the issue when confronted by my Girlfriend. I would like to add when i was driven around by her not once has she had an issue with rolling back and when driving me around.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!!!
