Dermatech is just getting worse (sadly)

I visited dermatech yesterday for a free perm (as a model ) for a student. Horrible experience. My forehead, behind ears and nape is burnt (from perm soaked cotton wool) I am a hairdresser so do this stuff for living. Perm lotion was to strong (same lotion for evyone) u cant use same lotion , we all have different types of hair. Mine is fine with no chemical treatments on it besides this perm that has made my hair horrible now. (To strong) next was loadshedding that we all knew about. But for a place that is got loads of students who pay premium prices to study there and doesn't have any battery charged lights or hot water ,where u need lights and hot water(gas geysers) it was horrible. We did a perm in a dark, and had all our hair rinsed of 3 times ( perm lotion, neutralizer and conditioner) with a ice cold water just a not a good business. In two hours that I was there I have seen so many mistakes made , just horrific.
